Who we are

Fineksus is part of cleversoft group, a Munich-based regtech group providing cloud-based compliance solutions to the European financial services sector. As cleversoft group’s hub for financial messaging and AML solutions, we combine the group’s European reach with Fineksus’s long-standing expertise in SWIFT and financial crime compliance.

Since 2010, SWIFT Partner Management has recognized Fineksus for its Service Delivery Centre, which implements, integrates and upgrades SWIFT products and solutions. Since 2018, Fineksus has complied with SWIFT’s Shared Infrastructure Programme. We use machine learning to develop new financial crime detection techniques that make AML compliance more efficient and effective. Financial institutions choose us to keep up with ever-increasing compliance demands.

The role

We are looking for a Solution Advisor to join our Solution & Project team. You will shape solutions for new and existing clients across our regions, working closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams.

What your day will look like

• Understanding and analyzing customer needs and business processes
• Designing solutions from the Fineksus AML and Payments product portfolio and SWIFT product and service portfolios to meet specific customer needs
• Preparing solution documentation and maintaining a complete solution documentation set
• Clarifying and following up on the technical framework with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Supporting the Sales team in pre-sales activities
• Preparing technical answers to RFPs and RFIs, and coordinating detailed requirements with technical teams
• Delivering product presentations and demos to customers
• Traveling domestically and internationally for customer meetings, workshops, demos and events

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting or business analysis, preferably in banking or fintech
• Technical background, with an understanding of software development, infrastructure and web technologies
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Excellent presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime compliance
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and payment processes
• Experience with core banking systems
