We are looking for a motivated Junior Application Support Engineer to join our Implementation & Support Team. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in our Sarıyer/Istanbul office.

How will be your day like;

• Assist in the day-to-day administration and operational management of applications
• Support application installation, upgrade and patch activities
• Help investigate application issues by collecting logs and basic system information
• Work closely with senior engineers and development teams during troubleshooting and testing activities
• Assist in providing remote technical support to customers
• Participate in regular system and application health checks
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities

Professional skills and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, application support or system administration
• Basic knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft IIS is a plus
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux systems is considered an advantage
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English
• Prior knowledge of SWIFT is not required, as technical training will be provided.
