Since 2010, Fineksus has been recognized by the SWIFT Partner Management for its Service Delivery Centre in implementing, integrating, and upgrading services for SWIFT products and solutions. Since 2018, Fineksus has been complied with the Shared Infrastructure Programme required by SWIFT. We take advantage of machine learning and develop new financial crime detection techniques to drive a more efficient and effective way of ensuring AML compliance. We are the smart option for players in the financial industry that want to adapt to ever-increasing demands of compliance within the financial industry.

We are looking for a “Solution Advisor” to join our Project&Solutions Team. The position will work on the solution processes for new and existing clients.

How will be your day like;

•  Understanding and analyzing customer needs. 
• Designing solutions from Fineksus and SWIFT Product & Service Portfolios for specific customer needs. 
• Responsible for preparing the required documentation for the solution and creating a solution documentation set. 
• Clarifying and follow-up the technical framework with internal and external stakeholders during the sales process
• Pre-sales activities with the Sales department
• Preparing basic technical answers to technical RFP / RFI processes, coordinating and follow-up the detailed requirements with technical teams.
• Responsible for customer product presentations and demos.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Deep technical background, with an understanding in software development, infrastructure, and web technologies
• AML Knowledge 
• SWIFT Knowledge
