We are looking for an Experienced Analyst to join our Test&Analysis Team on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain. This hybrid role requires working 2 days per week in the office and reports to the Senior Manager of Test & Analysis.

How will be your day like?

·      Conduct business analysis activities for AML-based projects

·      Analyze business requirements and prepare functional and technical requirement documents

·      Coordinate between business units, clients, compliance teams, and technical teams (development, testing)

·      Prepare analysis and documentation for integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MQ, file, DB, etc.)

·      Work on AML modules such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk scoring, case management, and regulatory reporting

·      Develop improvement suggestions for existing AML systems and operational processes

·      Utilize AI-powered tools effectively in analysis processes to enhance efficiency and quality

·      Support creation of test scenarios and actively support UAT processes

·      Provide guidance to junior analysts when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

·      At least 4 years of business analysis experience (preferably in AML, compliance, banking, or financial systems projects)

·      Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills

·      Familiarity with analysis techniques such as UML, BPMN, use case, sequence diagrams

·      Understanding of testing and UAT processes

·      Ability to use AI-based tools effectively for requirement analysis, documentation, and test scenario generation

·      Strong communication and teamwork skills

·      Proficiency in written and spoken English

·      Knowledge of AML and compliance processes (Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC, Customer Risk Assessment, etc.) is preffered

·      Familiarity with international AML regulations and standards would be beneficial

·      Experience in fintech or banking projects is an advantage

·      Experience with Web Service API integrations and database technologies (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) is a plus

·      Experience with AML solutions such as alert management, case management, screening, and reporting systems would be beneficial

·      Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps is an advantage
