We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our Implementation & Support Team. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in our Sarıyer/Istanbul office.


How will be your day like;

  • Participate in the day-to-day administration/management activities of application
  • Participate implementation, upgrade & patch installation activities of application
  • Identify problems and participate in problem management by collecting necessary logs
  • Collaborate with development team for testing of our own-developed applications
  • Participate in remote or on-site support services to our customers
  • Performing regular health checks
  • Helping disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) solutions

 

Professional skills and knowledge:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting multi-tiered applications
  • Excellent knowledge of IP networking fundamentals
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
  • Microsoft IIS Server Administration knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Database Administration
  • UNIX / Linux operating systems knowledge will be an asset
  • Languages: Fluent in English
  • Prior knowledge of SWIFT is not required, as technical training will be provided.
