We are looking for an Expert Test Engineer to join our R&D team. This hybrid role requires working 2 days per week in the office and reports to the Senior Manager of Test & Analysis.

How will be your day like?

• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, GUI, and automation testing activities for fintech products and projects

• According to business and technical requirements, prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases

• Execute manual and automated test processes and report defects clearly with detailed analysis

• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and product teams throughout the testing lifecycle

• Validate graphical user interface (GUI) behaviors, usability, workflows, and user experience across web-based applications

• Validate integration scenarios involving REST, SOAP, MQ, file, DB, and API-based systems

• Participate in testing activities for payment systems, financial messaging, AML, monitoring, reporting, and workflow modules

• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts and regression test suites

• Support UAT processes and assist business users during testing phases

• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test coverage, automation capability, and product quality

• Utilize AI-powered tools effectively in test analysis, test case generation, and quality assurance activities

• Mentor junior QA team members when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least 4 years of software testing/QA experience (preferably in finance, fintech, banking, or enterprise applications)

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience in test scenario, test case, GUI testing, and defect management processes

• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and SDLC processes

• Ability to use AI-based tools effectively for test analysis, test scenario generation, and productivity improvement

• Proficiency in written and spoken English

• Familiarity with financial messaging and payment systems or AML concepts is an advantage

• Experience with API and integration testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.) is a plus

• Experience with database testing and SQL queries would be beneficial

• Experience with CI/CD and test automation integration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps would be an advantage

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar technologies is plus

• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling is preffered

• Experience testing distributed systems, integration platforms, enterprise applications, and web-based user interfaces is an advantage
