We are seeking a semi-Senior Legal Counsel to lead Fineksus’s legal processes. The individual for this role will be reporting to CFO.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal departments (Sales, Sales Support, Product, Finance, Operations)
• Provide legal support in HR-related processes, including employment-related legal matters such as onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Prepare legal opinions and support negotiations in contract processes conducted with customers and business partners
• Legal support in domestic and international contract templates and related processes
• Analyze the company’s current and future legal needs, provide foresight, report regularly to management, and recommend necessary actions
• Work in close coordination with the Cleversoft Group Legal Department and contribute to global policies, compliance, and reporting requirements
• Monitor KVKK, GDPR, and other relevant regulations and ensure internal processes comply with these requirements
• Coordinate with external law firms and legal consultants when necessary
• Follow up on notary and official authority processes on behalf of the company, including board of directors and general assembly procedures.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal policies, procedures, and contract management processes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Faculty of Law with an active bar license
• 3-6 years of experience as attorney in a law firm or in-house position
• Preferably experience in technology, software, finance, and/or corporate law
• Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, and commercial law
• Experience with KVKK, GDPR, and IT-related contracts
• Experience in global organizations, M&A processes, or corporate governance is an advantage
• Proficient English skills, sufficient to communicate and negotiate with international business partners
