Since 2010, Fineksus has been recognized by the SWIFT Partner Management for its Service Delivery Centre in implementing, integrating, and upgrading services for SWIFT products and solutions. Since 2018, Fineksus has been complied with the Shared Infrastructure Programme required by SWIFT. We take advantage of machine learning and develop new financial crime detection techniques to drive a more efficient and effective way of ensuring AML compliance. We are the smart option for players in the financial industry that want to adapt to ever-increasing demands of compliance within the financial industry.
We are looking for a “Project Specialist” to join our Project&Solutions Team. The position will work on the projects for new and existing activities.
How will be your day like;
- Create project schedules & plans.
- Control and actively influence the execution of the forecasted schedule.
- Working in coordination with all teams and the customer during the project process, ensuring that the projects are carried out in accordance with the purpose, scope, and plan of the project.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track and manage all project related issues, project status and performance.
- Manage the scope and requirements for all stakeholders.
- Prepare of project presentations and reports.
- Periodically notify internal and external stakeholders about updated project plan and progress.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks; Identification of risks, managing and monitoring them.
- Ensuring scope, cost, time, quality, and change management in the project according to the Project Management standards of the institution.
- Control, monitor and report assigned project portfolio.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; Preferably a graduate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years’ working experience in Finance sector, 2+ years of experience in Project Management Office
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in Turkish and English
- Advanced Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
- Interest in technology, with understanding in software development and web technologies
- PMP certification is a plus
