We are looking for a AML Tech Solutions Specialist to join our R&D team. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in our Sarıyer/Istanbul office, and reports to the AML Tech Solutions Senior Manager.
How will your day be like?
· Actively participate in AML solution delivery and follow-up implementation processes
· Follow-up integration activities (data ingestion, message formats, APIs, batch processes) related to AML modules
· Work with transaction monitoring rules, scenarios, thresholds, and alert logic
· Perform database-level analysis for troubleshooting, including environment analysis and root cause identification
· Execute and optimize SQL queries for investigation, validation, and performance checks
· Conduct log analysis and data validation during issue resolution processes
· Support customers during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live phases
· Contribute technical documentation, configuration guides, and operational runbooks
· Provide information for technical analysis processes and participate in evaluation processes
· Act as a bridge between customer and support or technical analysis teams
· Analyze and report field observations, product issues, and technical feedbacks; and work with R&D for resolution
· Ensuring customer satisfaction and the proper use of products in the field
· Contribute to continuous improvement of AML solution delivery standard
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Asssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in technical or engineering programs,
· 2-4 years of experience in customer success, service delivery, or technical analysis processes
· Ability to read and understand technical documentation and logs
· Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis, system integrations, technical analysis and root cause investigation
· Experience in stakeholder and relationship management with on-site visits in the field
· Experience working closely with technical teams
· Demonstrate basic cloud knowledge (cloud environments, deployment models, monitoring concepts)
· Written and verbal communication skills in English are must
· Understanding of AML/Financial Transaction processes is a plus
