Since 2010, Fineksus has been recognized by the SWIFT Partner Management for its Service Delivery Centre in implementing, integrating and upgrading services for SWIFT products and solutions. Since 2018, Fineksus has been complied with the Shared Infrastructure Programme required by SWIFT. We take advantage of machine learning and develop new financial crime detection techniques to drive a more efficient and more effective way of ensuring AML compliance. We are the smart option for players in the financial industry that want to adapt to ever-increasing demands of compliance within the financial industry.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. The position will work on the sales activities for existing and new customers.
How will be your day like;
- Generating leads,
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals,
- Preparing and submitting sales proposals/contracts,
- Negotiating all proposal/contracts with prospective clients,
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations,
- Visiting current and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services,
- Managing and moderating client meetings,
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports,
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing campaigns/programs,
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Maintaining client records,
- Answering client questions about products, prices, terms and availability,
- CRM experience for managing and tracking customers/proposals/sales process etc. (preferably MS Dynamics).
Required Skills and Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field,
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales/account management,
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics,
- A commitment to excellent customer service,
- No military obligations,
- Fluent in English.

- Superb interpersonal skills with a result-oriented approach, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers,
- High energy and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment and oriented for continuous improvement of sales team,

- Ability to manage multiple tasks,
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
