We are looking for a “Sales Account Manager” to join our MENA Sales Team in our Dubai office.
How will be your day like?
- Generating qualified leads and identifying new business opportunities across the MENA region
- Meeting with clients virtually or through onsite visits to understand their needs and present product solutions
- Conducting market and competitor research to evaluate sales potential
- Presenting company profile, products, and value propositions in client meetings, events, and conferences
- Attending exhibitions, conferences, and regional industry events
- Coordinating sales activities with marketing campaigns and internal cross-functional teams
- Preparing and submitting commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and packages with prospective and existing clients
- Managing the entire customer cycle, including:
- Following renewal timelines & pricing updates
- Preparing renewal proposals and contract amendments
- Responding to client inquiries regarding renewals and payment terms
- Coordinating with Finance teams for billing and collections
- Ensuring CRM accuracy for all renewal-related opportunities
- Maintaining detailed customer records and documentation
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with other teams
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Working proactively to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Supporting compliance or audit processes by gathering required customer documents when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of proven experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the MENA region
- Prior SWIFT, AML/KYC, or fintech industry knowledge is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of the regional market dynamics and customer expectations
- Professional level of English, Arabic is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead management, and pipeline development
- Ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex sales processes
